Wireless doesn’t mean no maintenance.
Does it connect to my vehicle’s battery?
The wireless device category featured here uses its own battery. It does not need hardwiring or an OBD-port connection. Its own battery still needs charging or replacement according to the selected model and usage.
How long does the battery last?
That depends on movement, reporting frequency, signal strength and settings. More frequent updates generally use more power. We explain the expected servicing interval for your configuration rather than promise one battery life for every vehicle.
Can I see it on a phone and a computer?
We select and demonstrate a compatible app and web platform. The exact platform, access arrangements, features and any ongoing charges will be included in your quotation.
Will it work everywhere in Trinidad and Tobago?
Coverage is not universal. We verify the device version, SIM and network, and test the intended setup before confirming suitability. Garages, enclosed locations and poor mobile coverage can delay or prevent reports.
Is this a recovery service or an immobiliser?
This offer focuses on vehicle-location monitoring and device care. It does not promise recovery, police response, remote immobilisation or a staffed 24-hour monitoring centre.
Who may use this service?
Only vehicle owners and people with appropriate authority to monitor the vehicle. We verify authority before setup. Drivers and other affected people must receive any notices or consent required by applicable law. We do not support stalking or unauthorised tracking.
